Jason Hower, CFI

I am Jason Hower, the owner of Vertical Kinetics. I started flying in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the sky. An early instructor once told me that obtaining your pilot’s license is nothing but a license to continue learning. I continued learning by working through the instrument rating, commercial pilot’s license, and flight instructor certification. I love to teach, and I love to fly, so why not do both? I originally started Vertical Kinetics to fly part 107 SUAS commercial drone operations, in 2023 I decided to provide flight instruction under the same name.

You will find that I am different from most flight instructors in today’s market because flight instruction is my focus. I am not building time for the airlines. I focus on providing real-world scenario-based training to produce safe, confident, and competent pilots from day one.

In addition to fixed-wing flight instruction, I can provide drone training and I can fly drone missions to meet your needs. I fly missions for real-estate, cell tower inspections, solar inspections, industrial, mapping, search and rescue, etc.
